On the 22nd of August 2007 i made a trip to Antwerpen in Belgium for the 'Meeting of styles' jam.
Visit meeting Of Style's website here  A graffiti event held in many countries through out the world.
I painted along side Love pusher, Ziml, And Seza who also travelled over from the UK.

The theme for the jam was 'Climate change' the colours and background were painted and chosen prior to our arrival. The paint was supplied by greek paint 'Sabotage', and the jams sponsored by 'Carhartt' clothing.
Certain walls were laid out differently, some were focused more on flooding, others on drout.
The wall we painted was depicting urban areas affected by flooding and then waters receiding leaving dry desert land.

Antwerpen itself is a great city, with plenty of graff and a small hall of fame in walking distance from the centre.
Not far from 'Kavka where the MOS jam was held is a shop that sells paint, i can't remember the name. It has a good selection of Montana gold and black as well as a selection of canvas work from various writers on display in the window.

Belgium has some amazing writers with great styles. I was picked up from the airport by BIRD and SKEN,within an hour of my arrival my camera was working overtime.
I visited a wall, recently painted by many writers including the 'IKS' crew. The wall was huge and the writers had scaffolding enabling them to paint. When i was there the wall still had a few finishing touches to be added but was still looking real nice. The wall was at a major tram stop and was seen by a lot of people, i was told that the city had halted some of the tram service to allow the writers to paint the wall (can you imagine that happening in Britain) I dont think so !

After this spot i was driven on a short journey to the edge of town to a hall of fame known as the 'free way spot'.
An amazing hall of fame, underneathe about '4' elevated freeways with a grassy park beneath. writers painted the pillars of this free way, and there must have been 30 or so pillars, with either side painted up.
The quality of graff here was on another level and far exceeded any thing i had seen back home in the North of England, and again my camera was working overtime.
